terms for GOs & pasabuys

  • I AM JUST A GRP ORDER MANAGER I do not have any control what goes on through the international transit to my house and the quality of the goods, if there are major defects there will be GDM made to discuss further regarding this. I can request for replacement but it means another set of fees will be charged.

  • prices are usually min fees and isf tbf unless stated otherwise it's all in already, I indicate those in the forms most of the time !

  • no payment reminders please be responsible when purchasing. If you receive your order is cancelled, I will not accept payments already.

  • if the quantity on the masterlist is wrong please do not worry, gomdrop provides me an order summary of all orders per group order which i rely on always when placing orders.

  • consolidation is up to 45 days from arrival notice sent via email or dms! after consolidation, there will be a storage fee of ₱10 per day, if failed to have it settled along with having your items shipped out after 10 days then your order will be marked voided and will be resold afterwards.

  • please do not request down payment for grp orders unless you will pay me the next day. I only offer this to trustworthy people (wherein kaya ko pa silang sugurin) who are guaranteed to pay me back when it's onhand. ;-;

  • all group orders are sorted by order id to easily identify when packing, please make sure when filling up the shipping form that all order ids that we have onhand are listed down already. we are not liable if there's a missing order that's not from our list.

  • standard rule, no unboxing video means no refund! I ensure the safety of all parcels but if there's any concerns please always dm me first as I am willing to help out !

  • not liable for loss or damage made by the courier self explanatory.

  • Rates are the same as pasabuy.

  • I always provide a photo of what i will checkout and what i will also receive. please take note if you did not send me any concerns within 1-2 days after sending the photoproof then i will assume it's correct and there's nothing wrong with it.

  • for the buyers that know how i work as a gom but joined someone's GO that will secure from me: you are aware on how i work, i don't secure goods if there is no payment. i do my best to secure asap depending on availability between me and my proxy and transfer agents. i always provide proof to the GOM that i have paid and secured the goods (i may send it a bit late because of my phone deteriorating slowly.)

STANDARD DEADLINE:for group orders, doo & dop always have a 1 hr difference unless I announce last minute a new DOO and DOP due to other matters at home ruining my schedule for GOs.for fees & isf, they are always 1 week from the invoice or arrival notice provided. please make sure to settle it by then~

LATE PAYMENT FEES:only applicable to the fees & isf which is Php 10 per day after the deadline of payment for the fees and isf only, i only do honesty policy for this so thank you for being honest in advance.

terms for onhands

  • all onhands have a standard 3 day dop if the amount is less than 500, if more than 500-999 worth of goods, the dop is fixated to 7 days or 1 week dop and if 1OOO or more, I will accept 50% nrdp upon invoice, and 3 weeks to settle the remaining balance I am usually flexible with deadlines but do inform me ahead of time before the deadline.

  • late payment fee is Php 50 per day. please ensure to pay on time. failure tosettle payments after 3 days will void claims and you will be posted as a bogus buyer.

  • onhands are usually in good condition unless I state there's a flaw. Please inform me if there's any flaws I have missed out when I provide a photo of the items.

  • Consolidation is the same as my GOs wherein you have a month to keep your items first with me before I place them up for sale again.

  • standard bns terms are applied which is no unboxing no refund policy and I am not liable for any loss or damage of the parcel when shipped out already.

Philippine Consol / Proxy

  • For those interested, we do not provide address rent only if your account seems suspicious and there's no form of legitimacy. I will also check with the socials attached before letting you use my service.

  • Address rent only is okay for those who prefer manual delivery since shopee ph is restricting freelance sellers.

  • Cash on delivery shipment is not allowed, fee will be the x2 from the shipping fee.

  • For online store checkouts I will be the one to checkout so I can track it myself.

  • Always follow the name. If my name is missing on the parcel then it will be rejected by security! No inclusion of your name as well will lead to being an abandoned parcel.

  • Shipout will take 3-5 days because I need time to pack, book and make sure everything is secured when I have it shipped to the courier.
